The Katlian River Watershed Assessment
The Katlian Watershed Assessment is a collaborative effort by Sitka Tribe of Alaska and the United States Forest Service to assess the health of this valuable watershed near Sitka. The report gives the history of the drainage from historical Tlingit occupation, through the years when a majority of the watershed was logged, to present day use.
