Totes of whole fish are added to the pile.
In the pilot project, whole fish were added to the pile
and left to break down on their own. Turning the pile helped break up the
fish into smaller pieces. These salmon were left from a roe, or fish egg,
removal operation preformed by a local fish hatchery.
